Shopbop Ranking Experience

A fashion discovery concept built around a simple question: what if choosing between two items could teach a shopping experience your taste?

The Figma prototype maps a shopper’s journey from sign-up to preference and category selection, then through ten rounds of pairwise product choices toward a ranked favorites list.

  • Designed the interface and user flow in Figma, including the home, sign-up, selection, and ranking screens.
  • Built an interactive interface with Angular, HTML, and CSS, and integrated Amazon APIs for product recommendations.
  • Coordinated team milestones to support on-time delivery.

ElderAssist

A Kotlin-based Android app designed to make everyday tasks easier to navigate for older adults, bringing guidance, useful information, and familiar activities into one place.

My work: I designed and implemented the home experience, its live weather display, and ChatElder, the in-app assistant.

  • Made the home screen a clear starting point for tutorials, maps, scanning, chat, and the user profile.
  • Connected live weather information to the home screen using a weather API.
  • Built ChatElder’s question flow for medication, travel, and support topics using intent recognition and local information.

The wider team also built camera scanning, pharmacy maps and routing, tutorials, account features, and a small Tetris game. We simplified navigation in response to user feedback.

My computer science foundation taught me how systems work. Coursework in software engineering, databases, algorithms, project management, web and mobile development, and UX/UI design taught me to ask a second question: who does the system work for?

I’m now growing toward roles and graduate study that connect technology, product strategy, and the needs of real people.
